The Services are intended for residents of Indonesia. You must be physically located within Indonesia at the time of Account registration and when placing Bets. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the Services complies with all applicable local, regional, and national laws and regulations in your jurisdiction. cvtoto does not accept Users from jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited by law.

Each User is permitted to maintain only one Account with cvtoto. Creating multiple Accounts, whether under the same name or different names, is strictly prohibited. We employ sophisticated detection systems to identify duplicate Accounts. If we discover that you have opened or are operating more than one Account, we reserve the right to close all such Accounts immediately, void all Bets, cancel all Bonuses, and confiscate all funds across all related Accounts without prior notice.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your Account credentials with any third party under any circumstances. You agree to notify cvtoto immediately of any unauthorized access to your Account or any other security breach. You are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your Account, whether authorized by you or not, until you notify us of a security breach.

Failure to provide requested documentation within 30 days of our request will result in Account suspension and restriction of all Services, including Withdrawals. We reserve the right to request additional documentation or conduct enhanced due diligence for high-value transactions or where we suspect fraudulent activity. All documents must be provided in clear, unaltered, and legible format. Submission of forged, altered, or fraudulent documents will result in immediate Account termination, reporting to relevant authorities, and potential legal action.
cvtoto accepts Deposits via the following Indonesian payment methods:
All transactions must be conducted in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). We do not accept Deposits in any other currency. Minimum Deposit amount is Rp 50.000 unless otherwise specified in promotional terms. Maximum Deposit limits may apply based on your Account tier and payment method. We reserve the right to modify, add, or remove payment methods at any time without prior notice.
Deposits are typically processed instantly upon confirmation from the payment provider. However, processing times may vary depending on the payment method used and external factors beyond our control, including bank processing delays or technical issues with third-party payment processors. cvtoto is not responsible for delays caused by your bank, payment processor, or internet service provider.
You represent and warrant that all funds deposited into your Account are from legitimate sources and are not derived from any illegal activities. You must be the legal owner of the payment method used for Deposits and Withdrawals. Third-party Deposits are strictly prohibited. We reserve the right to conduct source of funds investigations and may request documentary evidence demonstrating the origin of your funds at any time.
You may request a Withdrawal of your Account balance at any time, subject to completion of all applicable wagering requirements and verification procedures. Minimum Withdrawal amount is Rp 100.000. Maximum daily Withdrawal limits apply based on your Account tier: standard members may withdraw up to Rp 50.000.000 per day, while VIP members enjoy higher limits up to Rp 100.000.000 per day.
cvtoto aims to process all Withdrawal requests within 5 minutes during business hours (08:00 to 23:00 WIB, Monday through Sunday). Withdrawals requested outside these hours will be processed when operations resume. First-time Withdrawals or large-amount Withdrawals may require additional verification and may take up to 24 hours to process. We reserve the right to conduct additional security checks on any Withdrawal request, which may extend processing time.
Withdrawals must be made to a bank account or e-wallet registered in your name and matching the name on your cvtoto Account. Third-party Withdrawals are strictly prohibited for anti-money laundering compliance. You must use the same payment method for Withdrawals that you used for Deposits unless otherwise approved by our finance team. If a Deposit payment method is no longer available, you must provide alternative documentation and may be required to complete additional verification before an alternative Withdrawal method is approved.
To prevent fraudulent activity and money laundering, all Deposit amounts must be wagered at least one time (1x rollover requirement) before a Withdrawal can be processed. Bonus funds carry specific wagering requirements detailed in the applicable Bonus terms. Attempting to Withdraw funds before meeting rollover requirements will result in Withdrawal rejection and may result in Account investigation.
cvtoto offers various Bonuses and promotions to eligible Users, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and special event promotions. Bonuses are granted at cvtoto's sole discretion and may be modified, suspended, or terminated at any time without prior notice. Each Bonus is subject to specific terms and conditions, including eligibility criteria, wagering requirements, maximum bet limits, game restrictions, and expiry dates, which will be clearly communicated at the time of the offer.
All Bonuses carry wagering requirements that must be met before Bonus funds or winnings derived from Bonus funds can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements vary by Bonus type and are expressed as a multiple of the Bonus amount (e.g., 30x means you must wager thirty times the Bonus amount). Different games contribute differently toward wagering requirements: slots typically contribute 100%, sports betting contributes 50%, and live casino contributes 10% unless otherwise specified in the Bonus terms.
cvtoto has zero tolerance for Bonus abuse. Prohibited activities include but are not limited to: creating multiple Accounts to claim the same Bonus multiple times, using VPNs or proxy services to circumvent geographic restrictions, placing opposing Bets to meet wagering requirements with minimal risk, colluding with other Users, exploiting system errors or bugs, and any other behavior that cvtoto determines in its sole discretion to be Bonus abuse. Users found engaging in Bonus abuse will have all Bonuses and associated winnings voided, their Accounts immediately terminated, and may be reported to relevant authorities.
All sports Bets are subject to the specific rules of each sport and betting market. cvtoto reserves the right to void Bets, adjust odds, or settle Bets based on official results from recognized governing bodies. Bets on abandoned, postponed, or cancelled events will be voided unless the event is rescheduled and completed within 48 hours of the originally scheduled time. Settlement is based on official results at the time the event is concluded. Subsequent changes, protests, or appeals will not affect settlement. Maximum payout per Bet or per day may apply and will be communicated in the applicable betting rules.
Live casino games are streamed in real-time from professional studios and are subject to the standard rules of each game (baccarat, roulette, blackjack, etc.). cvtoto reserves the right to suspend or terminate your Account at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to violation of these Terms and Conditions, suspected fraudulent activity, failure to complete verification procedures, or as required by law. Upon Account termination, your access to the Platform will be revoked immediately. Any outstanding Bets will be settled according to standard procedures. If your Account is terminated for cause, all Bonuses and winnings may be forfeited, and only your original Deposit balance (minus any fraudulent transactions) will be returned at cvtoto's discretion. You may request Account closure at any time by contacting customer support. Upon voluntary closure, all outstanding wagering requirements must be met before any remaining balance can be withdrawn.
All content on the cvtoto Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, software, audio, video, and data compilations, is the property of cvtoto or its licensors and is protected by Indonesian and international intellectual property laws. The cvtoto name, logo, and all related marks are trademarks of cvtoto. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial use. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or exploit any content from the Platform without express written permission from cvtoto.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, cvtoto, its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of, or inability to access or use, the Platform and Services. cvtoto's total liability to you for all claims arising from your use of the Services shall not exceed the total amount of Deposits you made in the three months preceding the event giving rise to the liability. cvtoto is not responsible for delays or failures in performance resulting from causes beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, terrorism, riots, embargoes, acts of civil or military authorities, fire, floods, accidents, network infrastructure failures, strikes, or shortages of transportation, facilities, fuel, energy, labor, or materials.
In the event of any dispute arising from your use of the cvtoto Platform or Services, you agree to first contact our customer support team to attempt to resolve the matter informally. If the dispute cannot be resolved through customer support, you agree to submit the dispute to binding arbitration in accordance with Indonesian arbitration laws. The arbitration shall be conducted in the Indonesian language in Jakarta, Indonesia. The decision of the arbitrator shall be final and binding on both parties. You waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration against cvtoto.
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Indonesia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Jakarta, Indonesia, for the resolution of any disputes arising from these Terms and Conditions or your use of the Platform and Services. If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such provision shall be severed from the agreement, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
